Be Additive 3D, a division of Oddbox Holdings Inc., accepts returns, subject to the following:

Allowable Period
Purchased “ready-to-order” items can be returned to Be Additive 3D within 15 days of shipment date. After 15 days, returns will not be accepted. Returns are not available on custom items.

Condition
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and/or accessories, and in original, undamaged packaging.

Return Authorization
Prior to returning an item, contact our team at [email protected], explaining the details of your original order and reason for return. As appropriate, you will be granted a RA number. Your RA number must be included in the package of the return item, along with the original order information. Any items returned without a RA number will not be accepted. Customers assume all shipping and handling charges for any unauthorized returns.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. If an item consists of several parts, all parts must be returned to obtain a refund. All returned items must be in original packaging. We strongly recommend insuring your shipment against loss or damage and use of a carrier that provides proof of delivery.

Restocking Fee
Returns are subject to a restocking fee, equal to 10% of the original purchase price of each item refunded. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refund
Upon arrival, all returns will be inspected. You will receive a confirmation email once Be Additive 3D has received your returned item and if your request has been approved. We may charge a fee for any used or missing items.

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be charged to your original payment method. The refund may take time to reflect in your records. Prior to contacting Be Additive 3D about your refund, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment service. On your statement, the return will be from Oddbox Holdings Inc., Be Additive 3D’s parent company.
